Services
We provide pool maintenance, repair, renovation, and related services. All work and pricing will be agreed upon in advance.
Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide safe access to the pool area. Missed access may result in a service fee.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your invoice. Late payments may result in paused service or additional fees.
Payment Methods on File
Customers may choose to keep a credit or debit card on file for convenience.
By providing a payment method on file, you authorize Orion Pools LLC to charge that payment method for:
- Recurring services
- One-time services
- Approved repairs or additional work
All charges will correspond to services performed or agreed upon.
Your payment information is stored securely by our third-party service provider, and we do not store full card details directly.
You may request to update or remove your payment method on file at any time by contacting us.
Receipts and/or invoices will be provided and are available upon request.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing issues
- Prior improper maintenance
- Weather or uncontrollable conditions
