This brutal winter ended up cracking both my chlorine generator and spa pump, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to call than Slobodan at Orion Pools LLC. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issues right away, and had everything fixed perfectly in no time.Not only is his work top-notch, but he’s also incredibly friendly, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Great experience with Orion Pools. They helped with a pump installation, equipment repairs, coping tile work, and plaster work on our pool. Everything was done professionally and the quality of the work was excellent.Sloba and his team was knowledgeable, punctual, and easy to work with. Sloba did an incredible job fixing all of our pools issues. From changing out the vinyl liners to fixing filters and salt systems, he can do it all very well and at a reasonable price. Sloba has been an excellent communicator as well, keeping us posted with prompt updates and quickly addressing any doubts we may have regarding our pool. He has taken care of our pool at a very high level, and we cannot wait to have his team back again next summer.

If I could give him 6 stars I would. Good pool guys are hard to find, and Sloba is AWESOME! Super responsive, very thorough, and reasonably priced. Our filter was a mess! Sloba came out took the filter apart, and carried it to our side yard out of the grass to clean it so there would not be a mess in our yard. He treats your pool as if it were his own pool. Explained everything he did and what we needed to do next. Just a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend.

This company is truly outstanding & I’ll share why. My husband was hospitalized unexpectedly for 2 weeks & was very ill. Usually, he takes care of all our pool needs, however, this time that was not possible. My neighbor gave me Sloba’s phone number. He returned my call quickly, quoted the price &. came out to close & winterize our pool the next day. He communicated the services he performed, & left the area net and tidy. Sloba’s work was quality & we were very pleased. II was at the hospital, so couldn’t be home when the work was performed. I found Sloba to be very helpful in my situation, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy & very neat. We highly recommend this company for your pool needs. We will certainly be using him again. This company is a 5 for sure.

As a new resident of Virginia Beach with an inground pool I have limited resources to pull from for any home services. In May I was unsuccessful locating a pool service to schedule opening my pool without a long wait time. Fortunately I came across Orion Pool Service. I saw an Orion Pool yard sign posted in my neighborhood so I called to check availability. Sloba was very accommodating and so I secured his services. He and pool assistant Sarah serviced my pool through out the summer. This being my first pool I asked many questions and was very happy with Sloba’s help. His detailed explanations in pool problems and preventions, patience and friendly nature was exceptional and well appreciated. My wife enjoyed the time Sloba and Sarah took to just chat while serving the pool. Sloba offered two different pool cleaning service plans which I took advantage of mid-service session, with indications of equipment service, replacement and installation. I highly recommend Orion Pool Services.

I can't say enough good things about this pool company. They re-did some old plumbing, replaced a a ladder including the mounts and new concrete slab, they installed an amazing new pool cover. I shopped numerous companies for the work I needed done. Orion pools was priced what I believed to be honestly and no hidden fees like some of the other companies. My experience with them demonstrated their above and beyond quality of work and customer service. I will definitely be using them again for any services I need. Excellent service , I have once a month service for during season with a sparking clear pool all season. - but they make emergency calls too I was out of town when a huge rain event hit here at home. I texted and he sent guys to drain pool for a reasonable price. Since we couldn’t do.

Not only do I use Sloba and Orion Pools for my personal pool, I have referred them to several clients and friends. It's hard to find a pool company that actually cares for their customers and doesn't try to sell them something they don't need. Their communication is excellent and their work ethic is even better! They always come through and do what they say - they even try to educate their customers as to why this or that is necessary to make your pool crystal clear all season! Built in the 1960s, I have one of the largest and deepest concrete residential pools in Virginia Beach. I knew for years it needed re-plastering but also knew it would be complicated and expensive. I met with several well known pool contractors and settled on Orion Pools…. and what a great decision that turned out to be. The job was even more complicated than expected with tile and leak issues that were decades old….. yet Sloba stood by his very fair price and got the job done on time. But what really impressed me with Orion Pools was their dedication to ensure the plaster cured correctly over the next 45 days after fresh water was placed back into the pool. Sloba was there everyday to ensure the plaster was brushed as necessary and today the pool looks new! I since hired Sloba to complete our weekly cleaning and chemical balancing. Sloba is dependable, extremely knowledgeable and a delightful person as well. Orion Pools are number one in my book!

Slobodan and his team are amazing. We have previously maintained the pool ourselves but wanted assistance this year. He worked several hours each night for a few consecutive nights to open the pool (it was in rough shape) even in some rain. We have known we needed a stronger pool pump for some time and Slobodan confirmed this. We ordered it online and he installed it for us. He also changed our system from a DE filter to sand. His prices were more than fair and he did a wonderful job. He is very responsive and consistent with his awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

This is the second summer we’ve used Orion’s pool and truly couldn’t be happier. We found Orion’s after having a really bad time with another company and a neighbor suggested Slobodan & his company. Slobodan is very thorough, communicates exactly what is going on with your pool and very reliable.I noticed something wrong with my pump and he came by within a few hours to help, and then installed a new pump the very next day. Slova is amazing! He does an incredible job with our pool. We had used other pool service companies for years and no one has done nearly the incredible job that he has. Our pool is always pristine and clear. He is responsive if we need anything. Each time he services the pool, he is there when he says.
